2 High Protein Berry Smoothies

If you have been around here for a while you know my goal for this year is to increase my protein intake. I don’t love meat so having a protein smoothie each day helps me to meet my protein goals.

Here are 2 of my newest smoothie recipes for you to enjoy.

Berries N Cream

4oz coconut milk

4oz water

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

3TBSP hemp hearts

2 scoops collagen-9

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Put everything in a blender and blend well.

Berry Coconut

1.5 cups frozen berries
8oz coconut milk
1TBSP pb
2 scoops strawberry life shake
2 scoops collagen-9

Put everything in the blender and blend well.

Fiber 12g
