We are in uncharted waters here. I am writing this on March 31st, 2020. 47 states have declared “Safer at home” act and most stores/businesses are closed. People are dealing with high rates of stress and anxiety due to the fear, the unknown of what’s to come and more. Right now learning how to handle your stress and anxiety is key.
