3 Ways to Stay Healthy This Fall

If you are looking to stay healthy or get healthy this fall these 3 easy tips will help you out.

  1. Clean up your diet. Put down the processed foods! It is contributing to your diseases, (diabetes, heart disease..etc) inflammation and obesity. Start incorporating more fruit and veggies. At every meal eat at least 1 serving of vegetables and fruit. Eating more veggies and fruit will add more fiber to your diet which will help with your digestion and reduce inflammation. It will also fill you up on low calories foods so you have less room for the processed stuff.
  2. Take your vitamin. This is the COVID takeaway-your health matters. STOP putting a band aid over it and taking pharmaceuticals. Start with prevention which includes proper supplementation. Taking a high quality multi-vitamin will help you with your lack of vitamins/minerals you have (you know you have them because you are not eating your fruits and veggies). A high quality multi-vitamin will also give you more energy (thanks Vit B) and help you to sleep better at night.
  3. MOVE. Every day move your body. It doesn’t have to be a hard core workout, but you do need to move your body. Stretch, go for a walk, lift weights, take a yoga class, join a gym. Do something to move your body. Exercise releases endorphins, endorphins make you happy. Right now we could all use that. Plus, when you feel good you make healthier choices about your food.
