90 Days Left!
There are less then 90 days left of this year! Can you believe it?! This year seems to have flown by. The months that are left, October-November-December, can be the most stressful months due to holidays, family gatherings….etc.
So, instead of fretting about the holidays and seeing your great aunt Judy that will ask all the inappropriate questions, let’s focus on ourselves. Let’s do something for us that will help propel us into the next year feeling healthy and happy.

I want to challenge you to, to make a change and end this year better then you started. Here is the challenge-pick one of the topics below, let me know which one you are choosing and stick with it for the next 90 days.
- Drink water-drink half your body weight in oz of water per day, every day. By increasing your water intake you will reduce your bloat (which means your jeans will fit better!), you will have more energy (because you are not dehydrated) and you will not snack as often (hello-weight loss!! ) because you are staying hydrated. Typically, when we think we are hungry we are not our body is actually dehydrated.
- Move-move your body for 10 minutes every day. You can walk, run, dance, swim, lift weights….etc. Just move-get off the couch and move your body. You will notice an increase in energy, you will start sleeping better and you will notice your jeans feeling a bit looser!
- Take your multi-every day take your multi-vitamin. Why? because with the extra parties means seeing more people which means you are exposed to more germs. Your multi-vitamin will help keep you staying healthy over the holidays. Also, with the holidays comes added stress. Taking your multi-vitamin can help keep you feeling calm (because your body is getting all the nutrients it needs so it has an easier time handling stress when it’s not under stress from not enough nutrients)
Which one are you going to chose? Let me know, I can’t wait to support you! Let’s end this year on a healthy note.
