Abs in the kitchen

We all know that nutrition is a HUGE part of losing weight, maintaining weight or trying to gain weight (muscle).  Exercise will only take you so far, you have to also get those rock hard abs you want,  from the kitchen.

Here is a delicious protein shake recipe.  It is fantastic for the choco-o-holics and as a dessert.  I would even drink it in the morning!

Brownie Batter Protein Shake

1 cup of skim milk or almond milk

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder

1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of sugar-free, fat-free chocolate fudge pudding

1 teaspoon of stevia or splenda or sugar

lots of ice

Put it all in a blender.  Makes 2 servings
