It’s 3:00pm and you get a craving for chocolate….what should you do?  Instead of reaching for a candy bar try this delicious new peanut butter and chocolate smoothie recipe.  It is chocolaty, peanut buttery, creamy, thick and satisfies the afternoon chocolate craving.

Chocolate PB smoothie

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

1/2 cup Chocolate coconut almond milk

1 heaping TBSP peanut butter

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

4-5 ice cubes

1/2 banana (optional)

Blend until smooth.

I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do!  I love it for an evening dessert too.
