Apple Crisp Overnight Oats

1/3 cup oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1.5 TBPS chia seeds

1/2 tsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/16 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

10 grams protein powder

1/4 of an apple, chopped

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Put everything in a bowl except apple and walnuts. Mix well and store in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours. When you are ready to eat, take the bowl out of the refrigerator, stir and top with chopped apples and walnuts
