Banana and Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal is delicious and perfect for meal prepping. Once baked you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze it and just re-heat it.

Banana and Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Makes 9 squares, 4ish servings

2 bananas

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups milk (I used almond milk)

1/2 tsp cinnaon

3 TBSP chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder (20g)

1 TBSP PB fit (powdered peanut butter)

Mash the bananas and then mix everything together. Pour into a 8×8 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Top with fruit, peanut butter, shredded coconut
