Banana Bread Overnight Oats

If you have some overripe bananas like I did, make this recipe so you can enjoy them 🙂

1/2 banana, mashed

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 scoop collagen (optional)

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 tsp peanut butter

3/4 cup almond milk

Put everything in a bowl and stir until combined. Store in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Stir and top with chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
