Basic Overnight Oats

Serves 1

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 TBSP maple syrup

2 TBSP PB

3/4 TBSP Chia Seeds

1/2 cup milk

Put everything in a bowl and stir. Make sure your oats and chia seeds are covered by the milk. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit, nuts or granola

To add more protein to this dish mix in protein powder or eat eggs on the side.
