Breakfast-Yes or No??? I have to eat breakfast, without it I feel tired, sluggish and HUNGRY!!
Without breakfast, you’re operating on your reserves, making your body think it is going into starvation mode. When that happens your body’s metabolism will slow down to try and protect itself.
So, if you want to lose weight, eat breakfast!
Here is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal
1/2c fat-free milk
1 packet of plain, instant oatmeal
½ banana, sliced
1 tsp of peanut butter
Sprinkle of brown sugar
Put everything in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes.
Approx. 257 calories, 10g of protein, 6 grams of fat
