Cake Batter Bites

Doesn’t that sounds delicious, Cake Batter Bites! Who doesn’t want to eat that. These are great as a snack or a healthy dessert. Enjoy!

Cake Batter Bites

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 cup cashew butter

1 scoop of Vanilla Life Shake

1/4 cup of honey/maple syrup (use 1/8 cup of honey and 1/8 cup of maple syrup)

1 tsp of vanilla extract (you could also use butter extract or danish pastry extract for more of a cake batter flavor)

2 TBSP sprinkles

Put everything in a mixing bowl and mix together. Form into small balls. I made about 14 of them. Serving size is 2-3. Store in refridgerator.
