Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites

I love protein bites. They are perfect for a snack or a dessert after a meal. They also travel well in the car.

I was getting bored of the chocolate chip peanut butter bites so I came up with a new one I think you will love.

Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites

With only a few ingredients you can mix up these delicious chocolate-y bites to power you through the day.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup oatmeal

2 scoops Chocolate Life Shake

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup chocolate chips

2TBSP toasted coconut or coconut flakes

3/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until you have a “dough”. Use a small cookie scoop and make into balls. Keep balls in refrigerator. Makes 16 balls

4g protein

7g fat

*Tip: if it seems too dry or not sticking together add 1TBSP of water until you can get the mixture to stick together.
