Curry Chicken Salad

1 can chicken or 5oz cooked and shredded chicken
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 green onion, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
3 TBSP mayo
1/4 cup cashews
salt and curry powder to taste.
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Low carb day: eat in a lettuce wrap or on top of lettuce
Regular macro day: eat in a wrap, with bread or add in 2 TBSP raisins
Don’t like or have curry powder, omit it or sub in garlic powder or everything but the bagel seasoning

20g protein
