Does it work? FWTFL Review
May 31st 2021 I started a 6 week journey with FASTer Way to Fat Loss in hopes of balancing my hormones and losing some belly fat. Why did I pick FASTer Way to Fat Loss? I had been trying all the things:
more cardio, less calories, carb cycling according to my cycle and nothing was working. I was frustrated, my cycle was out of whack, my hormones were crazy, I didn’t know what was going on but I knew I didn’t want to feel this way. Being in the health/fitness field for 15 years I have seen everything and was embarrassed I couldn’t figure this out for myself.
I decided to try FASTer Way to Fat Loss because their strategies help with balancing hormones which I didn’t know how to do on my own. I signed up for 6 weeks and thought, I have nothing to lose but fat.
I followed my personalized macros, I learned about carb cycling (I was doing it wrong!) and starting intermittent fasting. I also do a 30 minute workout 5 days/week. After the first week I started feeling better. I couldn’t believe how much food I was “allowed” to eat. I wasn’t sure this would work but my coach keep saying, trust the process. So, I did. During the 6 weeks I noticed my clothes starting to fit better, I wasn’t craving sweets, and I had more energy. By the end of the 6 weeks I had lost 5 inches in my waist and my hormones were much more balanced.
I continued with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program for a year now because of my 6 week results but also because I continue to see results. My cycle is on track, my hormones are balanced, I feel fantastic, I can put on shorts that were WAY to tight last summer.
Not only have I continued with the program I decided to become an accredited coach with FASTer Way to Fat Loss because I want to help other women that need help balancing their hormones, losing belly fat and that want to feel their best.
Here’s my before/after photo in 1 year. Now, you might not see much of a change but here are the changes that my not be visable:
*lost 8 inches in my waist
*able to wear shorts that I couldn’t last summer
*I have gotten a lot of stronger. I am lifting weights I have never been able to
*no more back pain
*hormones are balanced
*cycle is on track
*I have learned what works for my body
Those items are only a few of the things that have changed for me. There is so much more! This is not a fad diet but a lifestyle change and an easy to implement one.
