Easy Homemade pizza

Serves 4

For the dough:

2 cups flour (I use 1 cup splet flour, 1 cup white flour)

3/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup water

3 TBSP olive oil

For toppings:

pizza sauce

meat and veggies your family likes


Make the dough: combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the water and olive oil and mix to make a shaggy, sticky dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead into a smooth ball, 2-3 minutes. Pour a bit of olive oil on dough and brush all over. Put dough ball back into bowl, cover for 15 minutes.

On parchment paper roll out dough ball into circle or rectangle. Transfer to pizza stone. Top with sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is brown and melted.
