We are in week 2 of our Balanced Habits 28 Day Kickstart program.  This program is designed to rev your metabolism and teach you how to eat for your body.  This is a personalized nutrition program that includes recipes, food lists and accountablity from the food coaches.  There are 30 of us in the Fall Kickstart and everyone is doing an amazing job!!!  In week 1 we lost 60lbs as a group!  I can’t wait to see how many inches we will have lost when our 4 weeks is up.  In past Kickstarts the participnats have lost well over 200 inches combined.

I know a lot of you are curious as to what we eat on the program.  Here are some pictures of what we have been eating the last 2 weeks:

So, as you can see we eat real food that tastes great!  The Balanced Habits program is all about teaching you how to be healthy every day.  How to eat great food that not only tastes amazing but nurishes your body.

Here are a few before and after photos of our Balanced Habits LIFE clients.  The LIFE program is a personalized, individualized nutrition program.  This program is designed to teach you how to implement healthy eating into your lifestyle.  You meet with a food coach weekly to work on changing behaviors you have towards foods, creating healthy habits, how to eat out at restaurants and much more.  This program is for everyone regardless if you have done the Kickstart or not.

Jen participated in our May Kickstart then went on to our 3 month LIFE program.  Her results are amazing!!  Not only on the scale but learning how to handle stress/emotional eating is a big WIN!!

Heidi participated in our January Kickstart then transitioned to our 6 month LIFE program.  She lost more then 40lbs and lost 16% body fat.  Plus, she learned how to eat for her body.

Nicole participated in the January Kickstart then transitioned into the 6 month LIFE program.  She lost more then 40 inches and 40lbs!  Plus, Nicole learned how to incorporate her favorite foods into her new healthy lifestyle.
