Flat Belly Smoothie

I have been working on some new smoothie recipes and here is my latest creation that I wanted to share with you.

1 cup water

1 TBSP greek yogurt

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 cup frozen mango

Blend until smooth

Enjoy!
