GF Banana Muffins

Gluten Free Banana Muffins

Today’s post is a gluten free recipe.  I incorporated bananas, almond milk and pecans for a delicious and healthy breakfast muffin.

Gluten Free Banana Muffins

3 banana, mashed

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 TBSP sugar

1 egg

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Baking Mix

In a bowl whisk together the first 5 ingredients.  Stir in the GF baking mix.  Feel free to add 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and/or chocolate chips to the muffins.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
