Greek Chicken Bowls
1 package of ground chicken or turkey
sprinkle of salt and black pepper
sprinkle of herbes de Provence or rosemary/greek seasoning
Cook ground chicken/turkey sprinkle with salt, black pepper and herbes de Provence. While chicken/turkey is cooking chop cucumbers and tomato. Microwave rice
To build your bowl layer 1-2 cups lettuce/cabbage, 3oz of chicken/turkey, rice, cucumber slices, tomato slices, olive and hummus.
