Green Smoothie

This gut healing smoothie is a quick way to get in all your macros while helping to heal your gut.
1 1/4c water
1 cup kale or spinach
1/4 of an avocado
1/2 banana, frozen
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1 TBSP ground flax seed
2 TBSP hemp seeds
25g protein powder
dash of peppermint extract
optional: collagen
Put everything in a blender and blend well. Enjoy!!
