Healthier Cookie Dough

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

10g Nut butter of choice

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Vanilla

½ tsp. Maple syrup

15g Coconut flour

28g Protein powder

12g FASTer Way Collagen Peptides

15g Mini chocolate chips or your favorite chocolate, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small, 2 cup ramekin, combine nut butter, almond milk, salt, vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth. Add coconut flour, protein powder, collagen and chocolate chips. Stir to combine. Refrigerate and enjoy raw when ready to eat! Perfect to break your fast with or as an afternoon snack!
