Are you ready for a healthier version of your favorite dessert? I you love cheesecake but are trying to lose weight or just be healthier this recipe is for you! It does not replace a spring form pan made cheesecake but it does taste similar with way less calories and macros.
Healthy Cheesecake Recipe
5oz vanilla greek yogurt (next time I would use 8-10oz of yogurt)
8oz cream cheese (you can use 1/3 fat but do not use no fat cream cheese)
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Put everything in a bowl and mix well. Spread in a 8×8 pan and refrigerate 1 hour. Eat with berries or graham crackers.
