Healthy Pumpkin Mousse

With Thanksgiving around the corner I have been trying out different recipes for a healthy pumpkin dessert.  I finally found a winner!  Here is a low-calorie healthy pumpkin mousse the whole family will enjoy.


1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 of a 5oz container of 2% greek yogurt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

a few scoops of cool whip

Stir everything together.

You can put this mousse in a graham cracker crust or serve it with sliced apples or just a spoon!
