Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s September so even if it’s 90 degrees outside I am making a pumpkin spice latte 🙂 Since it is 90 degrees out I am making this one iced but you can make it hot. Directions for both are in the recipe

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

6oz cold coffee or hot coffee

2 TBSP pure pumpkin

dash of vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

almond milk

In your coffee cup put the pumpkin, vanilla, spices and a dash of milk. Whisk together. (It will be thick). Add your cold or hot coffee. Gently whisk together. Make your cold or hot frothed milk (I use the Keurig maker that has a milk frother) Top your coffee with frothed milk.
