Heart Healthy Muffins
1/3c applesauce
1 egg
Dash of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4c Dried Cranberries
1/4c Chopped Pecans
1/2c Oat Bran
1/2c Gluten-Free Flour
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. In a greased muffin tin, put a little under 1/4c in each muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Nutrition Value: 1 muffin has 3 grams of fat and 17 grams of carbs
