High Protein Berry Bowl

Here is a quick and tasty high protein berry bowl to kick your day off.

1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice

30g vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1 packet of frozen acai

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Top with 1/2 a sliced banana, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup granola or whatever you like.
