How to Change

So, you want to lose weight, in order to lose weight and keep it off you need to change. You need to change your current habits, behaviors and mindset. Why do you need to change? Because if you don’t change your situation and try to lose weight you will not succeed. How do I know you will not succeed because if you already have the habits, behaviors and mindset to lose weight you would not be looking to lose weight…..does that make sense?

Anyone can lose weight, but if you are looking to keep it off-to be in control of your health then you need to change your habits, behaviors and mindset. Are you ready to change?

A lot of people are afraid of change. Change takes work, change can be scary, BUT if you really want to lose weight AND keep it off this is what needs to happen. I have nutrition coached over 300 people and the ones that lose and keep it off are the ones that are willing to do the work, to go to the scary places (of trying new things) and they get rewarded with success!

Albert Einstein said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”  This is what you are doing………trying new weight loss products and fad diets thinking it will work…..but really you are doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. If you want different results you need to do it differently!!!

You gained weight for a reason and you haven’t lost it for a reason. Learning how to change your habits, behaviors and mindset will help you to finally lose the weight and keep it off. Again, you can’t keep the same habits you have now and expect to lose weight!

In order to reach a weight loss goal you need to get uncomfortable. You need to learn, grown and stretch. You need to become a better version of YOU! Will this be work-YES, will it be worth it-YES!
