Did you know that the major cause of non-infectious (lifestyle) diseases are nutritional deficiencies. We should all be concerned by the ramifications of being nutrient deficient, and prioritizing healthy aging, and slowing aging at the cellular level. The health of your cells strongly influences your overall health, and our cells are continuously damaged by environmental exposure. Even the simple act of eating a meal can result in the formation of free radicals.  Free radicals can damage cell components like DNA and trigger normal inflammatory reactions which are thought to contribute to cellular aging.

This is why supplementation is so important to our health.  But not any supplementation, you want to make sure your supplements are free from chemicals.  Since the industry is unregulated companies can say what they want and basically use what they want in the supplements.
