    Great post!

    It is amazing how motivation and accountability can make up a major part in leading a healthy life.

    If you think about it, we don’t hesitate to seek out coaches and trainers to learn new skills, like working with computers or playing an instrument or a sport. For some reason health and fitness often doesn’t get the same level of appreciation.
