Juicy Turkey Burgers

1 package of ground turkey or chicken

1/2 cup oatmeal or panko

2TBSP olive oil

1/2tsp garlic powder

1/2tsp onion powder



Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. Make into 4 equal size balls, smash into patties. Put 2-3TBSP olive oil in a pan on medium heat, cook patties 3 minutes per side then put in a preheated 375 degree oven for an additional 3 minutes per side.

*You can change up the spices for different flavors. I also like to use greek seasoning and herb de Provence
