Low-cal mocktail/cocktail recipes for summer

It’s summertime and that means more happy hours, more pool time and the sunshine! I rounded up some low-cal, healthy and delicious mocktail/cocktail recipes for you to enjoy this summer.

Watermelon Mojito

2 cups of watermelon

10 mint leaves

1 can of lime flavored sparkling water

dash of coconut extract for mocktail OR 1 shot of coconut rum for cocktail

Put watermelon and mint in the bottom of a glass and muddle to create watermelon juice with still some watermelon chunks in the glass. Add the rum or extract and top with lime sparkling water.

Berry Sparkler

1 packet Triple Defense Boost

1 packet Elderberry Energizing Tea

1 can Ginger, Lime or Grapefruit Sparkling Water

Add everything into a glass and stir. To make into a cocktail add 1 shot of vodka

Pineapple Mojito

10 mint leaves

1/2 tsp honey

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1/2 tsp rum extract or 1 shot of rum for a cocktail


1 can lime sparkling water

Muddle the honey with the mint leaves in a glass. Add the pineapple juice, rum extract and stir. Add ice and sparkling water.
