Low carb pizza bowl

This low carb pizza bowl gives you all the flavors of pizza without the carbs. Perfect for low carb day! This is also a perfect meal prep recipe.

Makes 2 servings

8oz ground turkey 93/7 or you could use italian sausage

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 onion, chopped

1 medium zucchini, sliced thinly

18 (2 servings) of black olives

1/4 cup pizza sauce

Put a bit of olive oil in a pan and add the ground turkey. Brown the ground turkey and season with Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning. If using Italian sausage you don’t need to season it.

Once meat is almost cooked through add in the red pepper, onion and zucchini. Sauté the veggies until soft about 8 minutes. Divide the meat/veggie mix into 2 bowls. Top with 9 olives each and 1/8 cup of pizza sauce.
