Mango Green Smoothie
If you are looking for a way to add more green into your diet without eating another salad I have a new recipe for you!
Mango Green Smoothie

4oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4oz water
2 scoops vanilla Life shake
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 scoop of greens or 2 big handfuls of spinach/kale
1/2 a banana
Put everything in a blender and blend well.
What is greens? I use powdered greens in my smoothies because it doesn’t take up nearly the amount of space in my small blender cup that spinach does plus it the powered greens can be used in muffins, sauces and so much more. (kids and hubby’s don’t even know it is in there!)
