May Kickstart Update

Our May 28 Day Kickstart Nutrition program is in week 2 and people have been asking, “How are they doing”?    This group is doing an amazing job!  This program teaches you how to eat healthy with teaching you portion control and eating the correct amount of carbs, fat and protein to give your body the fuel it needs to allow for fat loss.

In week 1 this group lost over 120lbs!!  That is an average of 3-4lbs per person.
