Meal Prep Egg Cups

Makes 12

Serving size 2-3

12 eggs

1 package fully cooked, frozen sausage links

1/2c veggies

1/2c shredded cheese 

Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Cook sausage links and cut into bite-size pieces.

Mix together eggs, sausage links, veggies and shredded cheese.

Spray muffin pan very well and then pour egg mixture into each cup. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes 

Refrigerate or freeze leftovers warm back up in the microwave.
