Mocha Chia Pudding

This is the perfect afternoon snack, mocha chia pudding.

1/2 cup almond milk

2-3 TBSP chia seeds

10g chocolate protein powder

1/2tsp of espresso powder (if you don’t have espresso powder you can use 1/4 cup coffee and decrease almond milk to 1/4 cup)

Whisk everything together until combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with raspberries and/or whipped cream. Enjoy!
