Mocha Overnight Oats

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 tsp espresso powder or 1/4 cup brewed coffee

1 TBSP chia seeds

1/2 cup coconut milk

sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg

1 scoop (10g) chocolate protein powder

1tsp cashew butter

Mix everything together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours. Stir, add more milk if needed. Top with chocolate chips. Enjoy!
