Nutty Granola

Today I am bringing you a delicious homemade nutty granola recipe. This recipe is simple to make and delicious! Use this to top your oatmeal, yogurt or smoothie

Nutty granola

1/3 cup ghee or butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Melt the ghee and whisk together the above ingredients.

3 cups oatmeal

1/3 cup pecans

1/3 cup slivered almonds

1/3 cup pistachios

1/3 cup chopped almonds

2 TBSP shredded coconut

In a bowl stir together all the above ingredients except the coconut.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir together. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 25 minutes stirring every 10 min. During the last 5 minutes stir in the coconut

Let cool before eating
