2017 is almost over!  Have you reflected back on what you accomplished this year?  Have you started writing down your goals for 2018?  I always feel like the week between Christmas and New Year’s is a great time to reflect on the good, the bad and the ugly of the past year and to start looking forward to new things in the new year.  I would suggest writing down your goals and how you are going to accomplish them.  Writing down a goal is one thing, but writing down the steps you are going to take to get there-now that will help move you forward towards reaching that goal!
