Overnight oats are perfect for meal prep! Whether you eat them cold or warm them up, whip up a batch and feel great knowing your breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning.
Overnight Oats 3 Ways
Basic Overnight Oat Recipe

1/2 cup oats
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 1/4 cups coconut milk, almond milk or milk
25 grams vanilla protein powder
Stir everything together in a bowl and leave in refridgerator 2 hours or overnight.
Let’s jazz up your overnight oats with these simple add ins:
Spicy: add in 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dash of cloves, nutmeg, all spice and ginger
Fruity: top with 1/2 cup blueberries
Nutty: stir in 1 tsp peanut butter and then top with 2 TBSP crushed nuts
