PB and J overnight oats

It is blueberry season in the midwest and I have an abundance of them to use. I created this recipe to use them up. You can use any fruit you prefer.

PB and J Overnight Oats

1 packet of unflavored, instant oats

1/2 cup coconut milk (any milk will work)

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP peanut butter

10g protein powder

1/2 cup blueberries

Put blueberries in a bowl and mash them. Put the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix together. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. When you are ready to eat it, stir and add more milk if it is too thick. Top with more blueberries and a drizzle of peanut butter.
