PB Banana Chocolate Bread
Here is a healthier option for pb banana chocolate bread. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did!

PB Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
3 TBSP Canola oil
1 egg
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 TBSP baking powder
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour or gluten free flour blend
In a bowl mash the bananas, add milk, sugar, peanut butter, oil and egg. Stir well. Add in the dry ingredients, stir well. Add in dark chocolate chips and stir until combined. Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake for about 45-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Bake at 350 degrees. Cook in pan for 10 minutes then remove from pan and allow to cool on cooling rack.
