Pumpkin Spice donuts

It’s September, which means bring on the pumpkin 🙂 Today I tried these pumpkin spiced donuts and they are so good and healthy too!

I hope you enjoy them as much as we did.

Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Makes 6 donuts

1/2 C Gluten Free Flour

1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon

2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/8 Tsp Allspice

¾ Tsp Baking Soda

¾ Tsp Baking Powder

⅛ Tsp Sea Salt

2 Eggs

2/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree, Plus 2 Tbsp

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Chai Spice Topping:

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Tsp Ground Ginger

1/8 Tsp Cardamom

1/2 Tsp Allspice

1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted

Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Spray Donut Pan With Nonstick Cooking Spray. Mix The Dry Ingredients Together In One Bowl. Mix The Wet Ingredients Together In Another Bowl. Combine The Dry And Wet Ingredients Until Well Blended.

Pour The Donut Batter Into Donut Pan.

Bake For 14 Minutes. While Baking, Mix Together The Chai Spice Topping Ingredients Except For The Coconut Oil. Melt The Coconut Oil For 1 Minute In The Microwave. When The Donuts Are Completely Cool, Remove From The Pan. Dip The Top Of A Donut Into The Melted Coconut Oil And Then Dip Into The Chai Spice Topping.
