It’s fall which means all things pumpkin. Today I created a delicious pumpkin spice latte protein shake and I can’t wait for you to try it.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Shake

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice

cinnamon

20-30g Cafe Latte protein powder

1/2 banana

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Enjoy!
