Pumpkin Spice Latte
It’s fall which means bring on the pumpkin spice but if you are trying to be heathier about what you are consuming the pumpkin spice drinks are loaded with sugar and chemicals.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Brew your favorite coffee. I used a cinnamon coffee for more fall-like flavors in this latte.
In a bowl combine 2 TBSP pumpkin puree, 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Add in almond milk/cream and stir until it becomes liquid. You can also mix it in a blender. Pour it into your coffee and enjoy!
If you need it sweeter you can add in honey or coconut sugar. If you want to add in protein, I tried it with this Cafe Latte protein and it was delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup of coffee
2 TBSP pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp or dash of cinnamon.
Add in almond milk/cream and stir until it becomes liquid-like.
Pour into your brewed coffee.
