Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites

The weather is getting cooler, days are getting shorter so you know what that means……. It’s pumpkin spice time!!

Today I am bringing you Pumpkin Spice Protein Bites-yum! They are perfect for an afternoon snack or a pre/post workout bite.

Pumpkin Spice Bites:

1 1/2 cups oatmeal

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 scoops Life shake-Pumpkin Turmeric Spice

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup nuts or seeds-I used almonds

1/4 cup syrup

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Put everything in a food processor and blend until combined. Make into small balls. ( I use a small cookie scoop). Store in the fridge or freezer.
