Red, White and Blue Overnight Oats

 

I can’t believe July 4th is here!  Summer always seems to go so fast.  I hope you are enjoying your summer and staying healthy.  Celebrate the 4th of July with this healthy breakfast.

Red, White and Blue Overnight Oats

1 packet of unflavored, instant oatmeal

1/3 cup greek vanilla yogurt

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp peanut butter

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup of blueberries and strawberries

Mix everything together in a bowl except the berries.  Layer the mixture and berries in a bowl.  Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.  Serves 1

Approximate Nutrition:

Protein 20 grams, Fat 9 grams, Carbohydrates 27 grams
