21 Day Challenge Results
We just wrapped up our 21 Day Challenge and the results are AMAZING! I am so proud of all 21 participants. They stuck to the meal plan, did the workouts and saw jaw dropping results. This 21 Day Challenge was not designed to help them those weight then gain it back again. It was designed to teach them how their body responds to certain foods. That way they can make an educated decision in the future if they want to eat the bag of chips even though they know it will make them feel sluggish and bloated or do you want to forgo them because you know that is how they will make you feel. Learning how your body responds to certain foods is empowering. It gives you the knowledge to continue on your health and fitness journey to a healthier you.
