Roasted Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes

These recipe sounds fancy but these potatoes are super easy to make!

Roasted Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes

1/2 bag of baby red potatoes or how many you need to feed your family

olive oil





grated parmesan cheese

Directions: put potatoes on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and stir around so all potatoes are coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast potatoes for 20-30 minutes. When you poke a fork into the potatoes it should pierce the skin easily.

When potatoes are done put them in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and grated parmesan cheese. Toss together. Serve and enjoy!
